Refund policy

Please note that our candles are handmade and will vary in appearance and colour. We use a natural Soy Wax blend to create our Candles, therefore, please be advised that frosting and imperfections can sometimes occur. This is not a fault in the candle and does not, in any way, impact the performance of your candle.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for orders to be dispatched, as each candle is individually handpoured for you.

 

Return/ Exchanges 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Damages/ issues

Unfortunately, due to the fragility of our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged from postage and handling. Please email us at hello@ studioblazecandles.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description and photographic evidence of the damage, and we will be more than happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement. Any damaged stock reports given after 48 hours will be rejected.
