All Parcels are sent via New Zealand post. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once an order is placed, we individually hand-pour each order as they come through to our studio. For domestic orders, you can expect to receive your candle within 7-10 business days. For international orders, it can take between 14-30 business days.  

Are you eco-friendly?

We believe you can have luxury while keeping the planet in mind. We use eco-friendly packaging, wick and wax.

All our candles are wrapped using the Geami Wrappak (A paper-based alternative to bubble wrap).

We use 100% cotton wicks (without a zinc core).

We use a soy wax blend to create all our candles. Soy wax is 100% natural and derived from Soybeans that grow easily in many regions.  

Are your candles scented?

Is it normal for a candle to show signs of imperfection?

As we use natural soy wax, candles can sometimes show texture or frosting, this is completely normal and shows that your product is made with natural ingredients. These imperfections are not too noticeable, but we still want to let our customers know.

These imperfections do not in any way affect the performance of your candle. Instead, we believe it adds a unique characteristic to your candle. It is literally one of a kind, as it is specially made for you! How cool is that! no other candle in the world looks like yours! Enjoy that thought!  

What if my product arrives damaged?

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, due to the fragility of our products, stock can sometimes arrive damaged. No need to worry we will replace it for you! Visit our return page to see the terms click here
